HEAL

I have lived in the Treasure Valley for 26 years.  I have been married for 43 years to my High School sweetheart. I have five beautiful daughters and seventeen grandchildren I can't get enough of.

I attended BSU where I received my B.S. in Psychology.  I went onto attend Northwest Nazarene University (NNU) and received a M.S. in Marriage and Family Counseling. I am Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC-6750).  I have been in private practice for 9  years. I am a Registered Play Therapist supervisor. I am certified in AutPlay therapy.  I am trained in (EMDR) Eye-movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to help those that have experienced trauma and or (PTSD) Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. I am trained in Hypnotherapy. Our brain is an amazing organ that has the ability to help heal our bodies and relieve pain.

Counseling is my passion. It has long been my dream to be a counselor to help couples, families, individuals, and especially children to learn better coping techniques in handling challenges that come their way. I am now living my dream and I could not be happier. I am eager to help you navigate your way through the twists, turns, and rocky paths of life.
